Mr. Curtis is a founder of MPIS and President of MPI.  His experience includes completion of numerous mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.  Additionally, he has significant analytical and strategic planning experience. 

Prior to joining MPI,  Mr. Curtis was with Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., where he was involved in mezzanine financing and corporate finance advisory work.  

Mr. Curtis is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an MBA in Finance from  Columbia University and a  B.A. in Economics from Lafayette College.
