Mr.  Dwyer has more than 20 years of investment banking experience.  He has completed mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and corporate valuations in a variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, health care, consumer products, transportation and financial services. 

Mr. Dwyer joined MPIS from Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc., where he was a Senior Vice President in Investment Banking.  Previously, he was with Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., where he served as President of Merrill Lynch Business Capital, a $25 million mezzanine fund.  He has been a director of six companies and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Trenton.  

Mr. Dwyer received a B.A. in Political Economy and a Masters of Administrative Science from The Johns Hopkins University, and successfully completed Harvard Business School's course on corporate valuation.
