Ms. Jasey has had significant valuation and analytical experience involving both public and private companies.  She has worked on M&A transactions, private placements and financial advisory assignments with MPIS.

Prior to joining MPIS, Ms. Jasey was with Credit Suisse First Boston, where she was an Investment Banking Financial Analyst in the firm's Energy Group.  She graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from Hampton University.
